I recently upgraded to Sky Full Fibre 500 with Sky Wifi MAX, The hub is in the living room with the skyq box approx 4 feet away from it. I also have 3 sky mini boxes in the three bedrooms upstairs but the wifi signal upstairs is patchy and keeps buffering when trying to watch streaming services. The old system worked properly with no issues and I only upgraded on the recommendation of your staff. Your online checker keeps saying that averything is working properly which obviously it isn't. I[ve also spent hours on the telephone trying to resolve this issue. Some resolution would be appreciated.
