@Beckham071 your post does not make much sense. If you mean your mobile phone will not connect to your Sky hub check you are entering the passcode correctly as it is easy to misread letters like I or O as numbers like 1 or 0 or vice versa.
If you are sure the code is correct tell the phone to forget the connection then power it down fully then restart it and add the Sky connection from scratch.
