WiFi issues

Since changing to fibre the connection and WiFi has been awful. It's no longer picking up around the house. I'm paying for extra boosters which I haven't received. I haven't had Wifi on and off for 2 days. Firstly there was an outage yesterday and today I have no WiFi at all. I am trying to work from home and can't work.

The boosters are loaned if you have Broadband Max on your account so if this is the case as they are not sent automatically have you spoken to Sky about having some sent out to you.
