WiFi issues
Hello, since signing up with sky recently we have had nothing but issues with the WiFi. It works on the TV but our mobiles either won't connect at all, or they connect and disconnect almost straight away and we have to manually connect them again in our phone settings constantly. We also don't get any signal in some rooms and our house is quite small.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
