WiFi issues

My internet works but only certain apps work. Whats app and instagram do not work. I have checked the connection on sky but says it's good. I have checked in multiple devices and it is the same on all.

It sounds like you may need to change your Sky Shield settings.

Thank you it worked. Strange as I've had sky internet for a few years and have never changed any settings.

@Rahima27 Been a few oops on the old broadband shield, you just never know but worth checking it from time to time, you can jump about on it and as long as no save is applied it does seem to behave, might have been a reset, or it just never worked for you and kicked itself into life!
