WiFi issues

Good evening

 

we recently upgraded to better WiFi to solve the issue of unstable WiFi connection in my sons bedroom. We were told we could be sent a booster or extender free of charge if we were still experiencing issues. We are still experiencing the connection dropping regularly, therefore, please could I request the necessary equipment to improve the problem?

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
