Our WiFi isn't working. But I've done the sky checker which says everything is fine. Please can this be looked into and help provided so our WiFi works again please. Many thanks
@RCH08 Is it the wi-fi that is not working or your Broadband Internet connection, both are different? If you are looking for sky the Forum is NOT sky customer service, to get sky you need to call them direct but they are closed now so tomorrow 8am to 8pm and call from a connected landline or a sky mobile just dial 150!
