WiFi issues
I have done all the checks on the app, but my devices are not connecting to the WiFi - we are getting messages that it is out of range but this isn't the case

@Salse13 check the lights on the hub as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If the hub is connected properly your devices within range should see the hub's SSID in their WiFi network list. If they wont then connect post details of what message you get and the colour of your Sky hub.
