I have checked my connected devices and out of the ten there are four poor connections, this includes one mobile, two iPads and a laptop. Why is this and what can I do to resolve this issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Hk6 normally it is because the devices are in an area of your home with poor wifi signal strength. This is quite common as many homes need multiple WiFi sources to get good coverage. Sky can provide extenders if you oay for the WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy and use your own third party shole homecwifi set up if your prefer.
