WiFi issues

My Internet keeps dropping out and I've tried switching off and unplugging the router and sky boxes but to no avail. I'm unable to work properly as the Internet keeps on dropping in & out. The devices connect to the WiFi but then there is no Internet. I've tested it on Mysky which sometimes says there is no problem but other times it can't complete as ironically there is no Internet! Can anyone advise on how to fix?
