The tv Keeps on having intermittent broadband and i cannot download program. Happened also last week even though broadband is checked and OK.
All 4 lights in broadband box are green.
Please help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Maryuri if your TV is connected by WiFi it is likely it has a poor conection. You can test that if you havecthe Netflix app as there is a network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app.
