@trevjnk Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I appear to be having a similar issue, broadband ordinarily at 25-30Mbps but collapses to less than 1Mbps.  These collapses rectify but can take 5-30mins and occur 5-10 times a day.  This issue was reported to Sky a few weeks ago who responded 'all fixed' with no other detail.  Nothing has changed in my set up or vicinity of the router.
