No sky broadband in parts of Sudbury Suffolk. Not heard anything from Sky but many locals in the same position. Before I was aware I booked an engineer who is coming tomorrow, and it says if I cancel it now I could get charged 🤷♀️. No updates of the issues on here or notifications from Sky to is either.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
