WiFi issues

I've tested my broadband and WiFi connections and they say there running well, but in general my connection to all devices is spotty and comes and goes regularly, steaming services struggle to keep up and when my partner is on their phone their connection drops a lot. I never had this with BT so I was wondering if there is another issue
