Hi I can't seem to get my sky to work, it won't let me get past the link your account page, it keeps saying there is no primary device and when I check WiFi it says there is an error?
jusy says activate device check your sky glass, we don't have sky glass?

What actually are you trying to do, are you trying to link your broadband account to your Sky ID ?
