WiFi issues

I'm having issues with my broadband where pages just don't load. I'm constantly having to open a new tab or turn WiFi off on my phone and go to 5g to load pages. It's not just when using safari it happens when using apps and it's constant. WiFi connection speeds seem ok it's just the loading on devices where there is an issue.
