WiFi issues

I am having regular issues with the WIFI on several devices. When connected to the WiFi, the connection doesn't work causing us to have to disconnect to use 5g or 4g on mobile devices or not be able to use it on TVs at times. The test on the connection states it is good but we are still having issues with it
