I was given a new router due to the old sky q hub not working beyond December 2025.
since then the connection has been terrible. Some devices won't connect to the wifi at all, others connect but the connection is slow or drops in and out frequently.
certain websites or specific pages of websites cannot be accessed due to 'connection is not private' .
when a device searches for the wifi three different IP addresses with the same name (my router name) come up.
broadband and wifi tests via the app say everything is fine. I can access the router page via a browser but can't select any options to check security etc as all state 'access denied, permission needed'.
