WiFi issues slowness
For the last couple of weeks our wifi connection has suddenly dropped in our home, when using laptops and tv everything has started lagging and not loading.
we're not sure why this has happened as our box says everything is fine and we're not using any more details than normal, we're wondering if it's because anyone in our building may now be using sky? (Were one flat in a building of six flats?) We just really need this fixed and it's becoming a issue, thanks!

It won't have anything to do with your neighbours with the possible exception of if you shared your WiFi details and they've stolen all of your bandwidth 😉 (for clarity, this is just a bit of humour as this place sometimes needs it).
The following is nicked off @caesarome so give him the like if needed 😉
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
