WiFi issues since switch over!

I have had no end of problems in our house because of bad Wifi since switching back to Sky Broadband. We had Sky Fibre 75 of which worked fine with a booster but Sky Fibre 500 (even with a booster) has been terrible from the off.

You might need more boosters if you are struggling with a decent signal in certain rooms so if this is the case you will need to call Sky as an engineer is usually required to set up a second or third one for you.

We have an engineer already booked from weeks ago.  Compensation will be chased in regards to this disaster from Sky.

Not sure what you mean so has the engineer been ?

Have you spoken to Sky about extra pods ?

WIFI ISSUES STILL!!!!!!

WE are sick to death of the Wifi issues caused since going from Sky Fibre 75 to 500. I suggest you change this back to Sky Fibre 75 as it worked 100% better. Sky Fibre 500 is useless!!
