WiFi issues on my work laptop

My teams calls are freezing all the time and the WiFi bar on my work laptop goes down to 1 bar then back up to 3

Are you using any boosters or just the main Sky hub? Do you have Sky Q? How far away are you from the main Sky hub?

Just the main sky hub, and my router is in the hall and I work in the front front so not far !

Does your Sky Q work okay or drop out? It sounds like your laptop is flip flopping between your hub & the Sky Q hotspot.

No TV is fine ! Just laptop

If you move your laptop closer does the issue still occur?

Haven't really noticed but will give it a try!

No don't have a boster - and WiFi still drops of but not as bad when working closer to the router!

@Cookj Have you considered, that it may be a laptop issue and nothing to do with the actual sky Hub and Q wireless wi-fi signal.

@Cookj Is your laptop in the same room with the sky Q when you are working, if not it may be worth seeing if you can get a SE210 Sky Broadband Booster to go with your Sky Broadband Hub. Link below for the two devices! These two devices are matching with each other...
