WiFi issues again!

Over the last few weeks the internet keeps dropping out and an orange light appears on the hub box. We currently have no internet right now either and it appears others are also experiencing the same problems (from reading the other chats below). What is really annoying is the tv doesn't work when we have no internet so sky service is shockingly **bleep** right now! And the sky service checker says everything is all good. Clearly isn't. Sort it out sky!

@Lucy3332

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky.

With the millions of broadband customers there are always going to be posts on here each day for those like you have that have no working connection.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Re: WiFi issues again!

@Lucy3332 Do you NOT have another way off connecting the TV up, relying on internet only is just not a smart way when it is not working!

The sky software takes a few hours just depending on the what/why/when, but if you have serviced checked it all, then just wait that time and check again. Just call sky 150 from your landline if/when it is working, you never know they may just spot an issue!
