WiFi issue

Had Sky broadband installed on Tuesday, bloke didn't check speeds or anything before leaving. Connection has been unstable since then hub says should be getting up to 900 but we are barely getting 30 on our devices and keep getting booted off the wifi

They would have checked the speed to the router which was (presumably) circa 900Mbps. Speed over WiFi is a totally different proposition and is never guaranteed by any ISP.

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
