If you have moved out have you placed a home move with Sky as you will not have a working connection unless you have done this.
As we are customers here you will need to call Sky about the lost broadband hub.

@Ilovedonna23 You'll need to call Sky to get a new hub, they may charge you for the old one.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
