WiFi issue

Three green lights on modem and says I am connected to internet but nothing is working? Done connection test and that says there is no issue?

Yep same here. It's been like that since  7pm last night . So annoying . What a crap service

We have the same issue, neighbour downstairs has no internet and my router says green lights but no internet. I've reset about 5 times since 8pm yesterday 31st July. So that's 2 more of us not connected.

I keep trying to do the broadband test in the app but that's not working either. Says everything is good! Clearly it isn't 🙄

Turns out, the fault is with BT/openreach and their wires. There's chaos within the pharmacy and blandford hospital. So yeah, thanks BT/openreach. Hope to be back online within a week I guess 🤷

We have lost all connection too, just completed a Wi-Fi check and apparently everything is in good working order. Come on sky, clearly it's not working!!! 
I have just checked, getting 8.7 not the 71.5 Sky have just told me!
