Poor Internet connection

Internet keeps stopping working all day long. Message reads unable to find connection. Affecting my job now so really annoyed. The app checker keeps saying there is not a problem when I test, but there clearly is. Tried disconnecting hub then connecting back up 5 minutes later but nothing has improved...

@DST22  When the connection disconnects does it come back itself or do you have to restart the router for that to happen?

Unable to connect to WiFi with my work laptop. There hadn't been a problem until today. All other devices are able to connect to the WiFi. Do I need to change any settings on Laptop. Not good at all as is effecting work.

Mines been like this for weeks I haven't got the time to wait over half an hour on the phone ,

when I do I think they can have all the equipment back as they are not delivering what whey have promised,

everyone needs to do the same ,

very poor
