WiFi issue

Yesterday morning we noticed issues with our WiFi. All of our devices with wired connections are working fine, but the WiFi is poor to non existent. For example, if I try to watch a video on my phone it keeps buffering, and my son can't connect his PS5 & keeps getting a 'cannot connect to the internet' message. I've used the service checker via the MySky app which says that everything's fine, which it clearly isn't, and I've tried resetting the router by unplugging & reconnecting which didn't work.! I've tried calling the 0333 phone number & all I got was a recorded message telling me to do all the stuff that I've already done.! It did say if that didn't work I could report the fault, but it didn't say how.! I can't call 150 because I don't have a Sky mobile or land line.. is there any way to talk to an actual person about the issue..!!!

@RayG3

You could try via social media (links at the bottom of the forum page).

For your information you do have a Sky Talk landline as it's bundled with your broadband package but you have chosen not to connect an actual handset which is fine and entirely your choice.

In the future you can plug in a cheap handset when you need to call Sky (dialling 150 free) if the Sky Talk side of things are working..
