WiFi issue

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the wi-fi is constantly dropping in and out throughout the day. There is not a stable connection to any of my devices that are connected especially when I go upstairs (router located downstairs). We have had this router for a while too and I am wondering if it is defective as we didn't experience these issues early on. It is very inconvenient as we rely on it for work and streaming.

How long have you had this router as Sky has been running a program to replace old ones so does this link allow you to order a replacement:
