My Sky app says wifi and broadband is working ok even when I’m not even connected to the wifi!! I’m on 4g!! How can this be? The wifi signal from the hub is shocking! I’ve only just joined Sky 5 days ago and already regretting it. Can anyone help? The hub is in exactly the same position as the old BT hub where I had no issues thanks
