WiFi isn’t working

My router is showing as Green for internet but there is no wifi when I connect my devices, when it does connect it will drop out after 5-10 minutes and then stay off despite several resets etc.

Funnily enough it has only started happening since my bill increased at the start of April!

@Bhughes1  It's unlikely a price increase would cause this issue, to think it would is ridiculous.

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: WiFi isn’t working

That comment was tongue in cheek.

Thank you for your response, I have tried these but still have no luck. The internet will come back on briefly and then cut off again, this has been happening for over a week now. It seems to occur after I begin to use the internet to watch Netflix or Sky Go.
