WiFi isn't working since 11:30AM. Tried restarting and followed all the instructions given by virtual assistant,but still no luck.
internallt signal flashing orange-checked for connection in the area it says all good.Not sure what the problem is.

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Tried all that-it shows everything is okay with green color.Not sure what needs be done!
