I’m having a constant issue too. Checks saying everything is fine, yet I keep disconnecting from every device. Router internet light keeps going amber and flashing and then it connects again.

@Nicola732& @Vaishali1  & @Mick24  is this the service checker that you are using to check your broadband issue is or are you also running the broadband test after the service checker completes?

Re: WiFi isn't working

I'm unsure what a service checker is? And I've followed the instructions on here as in a test and saying ok. Sorry but I'm a bit naive on stuff like this.

@Mick24 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Re: WiFi isn't working

I've done everything and says all ok? Not giving me an option to get a engineer?

Re: WiFi isn't working

I have done all of all the testing. It comes back fine with no faults after trying constantly.but there's clearly something not working well,  Router internet light goes green. After 5-10 mins starts flashing amber and the cycle repeats and tries to connect and then does. It means I cannot get on work calls or anything. I am happy to post a video of the router or send to someone specific if this helps.

Re: WiFi isn't working

Is your router internet light also going amber after some time and then resolving back to green?

@Mick24  What lights are not showing on the router just now? Are any amber or have no light at all?

@Vaishali1  Which area of the country are you in. Hemel Hempstead is having a major outage just now.

Re: WiFi isn't working

All the lights are green. But intermittently my internet drops out for a split second. Was doing this the other week but seemed to right itself

Re: WiFi isn't working

I'm having the same issue, all lights are green, all service checkers say everything is fine, yet I have no connections anywhere, currently working with my 4G. That's been since 4am, and I'm in Powys
