All,

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...

This link provides information about the coloured lights you may see on the various hubs

Hopefully it’s back up and running before 7am. If it’s not, try restarting your hub or post back in this thread and we can try to offer additional advice.

Same here. No help on the checker either. Green, orange, green, orange are my lights on the router. Happened to me the other day as well

Re: WiFi isn’t working

Mines doing the exact same. Trying to use phone and TV and it's just cut everything off but all lights are green on boxes and I've tried restarting them then they go back to green and have same issue over and over again.

Re: WiFi isn’t working

This happened to me last month too at around the same time in the morning. Sky app says everything is good on the service checker etc. No internet to hub though? Not ideal when you want to watch Yellowstone after work. Bed it is. Hopefully be fine in the morning.

Re: WiFi isn’t working

WiFi & phone line down

When first going on to check it does say all ok but then doing the other check it says phone line down as well as WiFi.

Did the famous turn everything off

Still made no difference

Hence on here.
