WiFi is struggling upstairs and when there are 2 things streaming
Hello, I hope you are well. I also hope you can help me. My internet was installed about 2 weeks ago now but we are finding that towards the back of the house and upstairs we lose connection completely, my phone turns to 4/5g and no WiFi available, the only place there is strong WiFi is in the living room where the router is. When it was installed the fitters used existing cables in the wall I wasn't sure if this could be causing any issues. I just assumed we actually had WiFi that would cover the whole house, is there something we can do to help this? Many thanks Deakon

Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
