Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SunR Run the connection test in the My Sky app using a mobile connection as that will tell you if tgere is a known issue with your line. If it doesnt give Sky a call their lines should be opening now.
However do note if the fault is with your line Openreach will probably not be able to get an engineer to check it for a couple of working days which is the SLA for domestic connections the fact you choose use it for work does not increase the priority.
