WiFi is **bleep**

The WiFi sky provides is **bleep** I pay a lot of money for it and it's such a **bleep** service tele buffering all the time phones going to data instead of WiFi absolutely shocking

Do you have a poor signal throughout your home or in certain rooms because if so this comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

 

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

WiFi again

Hello 

Yet again I'm messaging or ringing sky for a buffering tele according to the app it looks all good but my eyes tell me otherwise been watching a frozen England match since it kick off

@Billy119 Did you try the steps last time you posted as you seemed to just disengage after the last time you posted.

 

There is little point raising an issue and not following the advise posted, nor replying then coming back a few weeks later with the same issue.

 

You need to engage with the community as the issue won't just magically resolve itself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
