Since yesterday evening my wifi just keeps disconnecting and then after maybe 20 minutes coming back again for maybe another 20 mins to an hour or so. I have tried resetting, checked all cables etc. it makes no difference and everything appears fine. It has dropped again this morning whilst I'm trying to work from home. Very poor.

Forgot to mention above, the "voice" light on the router is amber.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
