WiFi intermittent

WiFi is intermittent but sky tests say there is no issue but my wifi is not working when test is being carried out. 
has anyone spoke to sky ?

Basically has anyone experiencing intermittent WiFi contacted Sky and spoke to them. The community comments I have seen clearly suggest there is an issue.

I started having issues on Tuesday, I spoke to customers service who also said they couldn't find an issue but I asked for an engineer visit. My wifi dropped out every 45mins/1hr since Tuesday afternoon. Overnnight however it seems to have fixed it self, the engineer came over today and thinks it could have been due to a software update that went wrong. I have noticed on the group chats that it seems to be happening to lots of people this week, hopefully your issue will fix itself like mine did.
