WiFi hub not arrived

My broadband is supposed to be activated today however my WiFi hub hasn't arrived? The app says it's still waiting to be dispatched as well. Tried to call sky but couldn't get through. Any suggestions as to what I do? I set up my Sky account about two weeks ago now

I had the same issue. I had an old router that the sky engineer hooked up to. I informed sky that I wouldn't send off my old box as they hadn't sent me a new one. They agreed via text chat that I hadn't been sent a new box, and confirmed I wouldn't be charged. What a supprise, I've been charged over £100 for it.... and also wasted hours logging in, explaining in the chat etc. So frustrating 😑

broadband didn't activate, haven't had any updates from Sky about anything...as a first time sky customer I'm not having a good experience!
