WiFi hub incorrectly installed
Hi there,
we started using your services about a month ago. The WiFi has been working intermittently especially with our tv. The WiFi box keeps overheating and was installed under the stairs. The engineer was only here for a couple of minutes. I need the box to be moved to another connection point next to the tv as there are other signals that may be interfering with it under the stairs. Please can you help?
many Thanks
freddy

Re: WiFi hub incorrectly installed
@FreddyG08 you would have to speak to Sky but if you have full fibre moving the ONT box is not simple. However you can move the hub if you wish but you may need a.longer Ethernet cable to connect to the ONT. These sre widely svailable and speeds should not be affected..
