What’s a sky broadband conversion kit 1

I'm being upgraded on 15 September.   Been on Sky q for years.  I've been sent a 'conversion kit 1'.  It's actually just 2 leads   My hub is already connected.   What do I do with these leads?   No explanation came with them or is in the blurb they've messaged about.

@Shaunoxenhope when the conversion to full fibre happens the engineer will fit a new unit called an ONT which connects to your existing hub by one of the leads. There should be a leaflet in the packaging explaining this.

It's an updgrade to 'part fibre'.  No leaflet other than one for connecting a new hub came.  I'm assuming I won't need a new hub.

@Shaunoxenhope thst is unusual but if you arexstaying on oartial fibre you wont need the cables as your hub will remain connected to a phone socket.
