All tests say WiFi is good but signal to phone and laptop are just 'ok' and neither are working

I am working remotely as I usually do from my laptop but cannot connect to the Wi-Fi
all I keep receiving is no internet secured
I have spoken to the IT department within my company who have adviced me all is ok there end and I connected to there vpn
I am unable to work or finish an important presentation without internet
please advise as a matter of urgency

Is it just your laptop not getting an internet connection or all your devices? If its all, what lights are showing on your hub? Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app?

just my laptop my phone is working fine
I have all 3 green lights on the router 😤

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs your Sky Shield enabled? If so try disabling it. Otherwise I'd recommend going back to your IT department as if your phone is working fine this suggests there is no issue with your Sky connection.
