Recently upgraded to WiFi fibre, devices struggle to stay connected upstairs, never had issue before? Drops off back to 5 g regularly.

can I get a booster?

@RJG0311 If you had it all working before the FF upgrade, had the same sky Hub and then the change off position from A to B off that hub if that is the case, it would be advisable to see if moving the hub back to where it was before is an easy or impossible thing to do!

If you upgraded and swapped the hub at the same time ie went sky Max then completely different scenario!
