WiFi failing
My WiFi keeps dropping out from my phone and tv . When I try the connection test it says the connection is good but clearly it isn't .
what can I do ?

@Lizzy14 wifi signal strength depends on the layout and type of construction of your home and in many homes yoi need more than a single Sky hub to get usable wifi in every room. This particularly applies to older traditionally builr homes. Sky sell an add-on called WiFi Max which can providecextenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
