Los on openreach fibre box

The LOS light is showing solid red on Openreach fibre box. There is no signal getting to router and I require assistance in resolving.

I have power cycled both router and fibre box twice with no change.

@MG81  given the time of day you posted it could well be maintenace work however if it's still down this morning and the service checker does not offer help call Sky to report the issue.
