Since changing to Sky broadband super fast my WiFi signal is only one 1 bar and is really slow. I have to disconnect from WiFi regularly to connect and/or improve speed which is eating into my data and is unacceptable. What can I do? I am finding it really difficult to speak to someone to explain and obtain some help/advice.

This happens with both my iPhone SE and my husbands IPhone 15, I have attached a photo of the tests which shows my phone on 1 bar

Hi, can you login to your sky hub, and disable the 5G WiFi. test and report back.

Open your web browser and type into the address bar 192.168.0.1
Login name : admin
Password is either on the back or bottom of the router.

I have managed to find out how to disable by googling the answer myself, what report would you like? I don't see any difference in my connectivity
