WiFi extenders

Hi, I'm a new sky customer and connected today from Virgin. When I was signing up to sky, I advised that I had 2 WiFi extenders currently with virgin as the WiFi didn't reach all parts of the house. I agreed with the adviser to try the new sky hun (I had the top 1 gig hub with Virgin) but if the problem continued, to get in touch and you could arrange to send me some extenders. We've tried today after going live and the issue that devices cannot connect to the hub due to the signal not reaching them is back (previously resolved with Virgin by extenders). 
Please can you arrange for 2 extenders to be sent so we can fully utilise our new sky broadband. 
Very happy with all the other new sky services and glad we switched.

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
