WiFi extender

Hi, does anyone know how I request a wifi extender from Sky please? 

wifi is lagging in  the bedrooms further away from the hub.

@SaltyDave If you have the sky Max addon and pay the extra monthly premium, then you have to call sky go through diagnostic with them and they say yes/no if needed. Details all about the max are below!.
