6 Engineers in 6 weeks and still no wifi
We joined Sky for broadband and streaming in the middle of August 2025 and our internet connection has been non-existent for 90% of that time. The problem seems to be the Internet light flashing every colour except Green. In short, Sky have sent out 6 engineers since we joined and the best we've had is 5 day window where it worked ok. The service checker doesnt provide any useful advice or trouble shooting, largely because it says the connection is good?... Despite all this i've enjoyed the 50 or so phone calls to their help line where i've spent hours in not-so-sympathetic conversation. This often results in an engineer booking, a 72 investigation by their escalation team on my broadband (which i never seem to hear back from), or, in the funniest instance, the agent losing patience and abruptly transferring me through to the department who cancels your account! To top it off, when requesting a refund for the wifi, which hasnt worked, i was transferred to a person who was literally snoring down the phone. Luckily we captured this on my flatmates camera. Any suggestions on how to fix my broadband would be much appreciated.

@Aammain Use this link follow it and post you hub Stats up as you see per the example, allow a minute for the data fields to fill in before you capture the info.
