Hi, unfortunately I was advised you can only get one by agreeing to an increased monthly fee and by subscribing to WiFi max.

So what was the answer? I have black spots in my home, just upgraded to Sky Max and it's still the same.. how do I get an extender from Sky?

Sky will only supply them if you increase your subscription costs I'm afraid. I wasn't prepared to do this so purchased a mesh system instead. It's worked perfectly since then, but sadly Sky weren't interested in helping without an increase in monthly costs.

Just read you actually have max, so they may help you with extenders. You need to speak to customer service.
